Full Time Sous Chef wanted for Restaurant NOI
We are looking for creative and passionate Sous Chef with a burning desire to create flavourful experiences for our guests. You will be part of building a strong and dynamic team and take responsibility for the restaurant’s culinary development.
Restaurant NOI is part of the five-star Nobis Hotel, located in the heart of Copenhagen. NOI is a vibrant meeting point for locals, hotel guests, and business clientele. It serves breakfast for the hotel but also functions as an independent lunch and dinner restaurant.
Our food is inspired by European cuisine with a strong focus on high-quality, local ingredients. The menu is seasonal and changes according to available produce. The service is friendly and professional, without being pretentious. The atmosphere is relaxed and gradually becomes more vibrant as the music picks up.

· Trained chef with good leadership and relevant experience
· Able to stay calm and keep an overview during service
· Detail-oriented and takes pride in every single dish

· Passionate about your craft and always looking for solutions

As a hotel restaurant, the job involves a wide range of tasks including meeting catering, breakfast buffet, room service menu, à la carte, etc. This is a full-time position, and flexibility with changing shifts is required—especially during peak seasons.
The sous chef position requires taking responsibility in the absence of the head chef. It involves setting a good example for colleagues, always aiming to grow together by sharing knowledge, collaborating and contributing new ideas for the menus, and leading the team with a positive attitude while maintaining a good working atmosphere at all times.
We are looking to fill the position as soon as possible. Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis until the right candidate is found.
